Most QR platforms switch your dynamic codes off the moment you stop paying, turning every flyer, menu, label, and business card you already printed into a dead link. We do not. Cancel any time and everything you put into the world keeps redirecting — you simply return to Free plan limits for creating new codes.
The only limit, stated plainly: if your account is closed and a code goes completely unscanned for 24 months, we may archive it. If people are still scanning it, it keeps working.

Nothing you printed breaks. That is our print-safe guarantee: existing dynamic QR codes keep redirecting, and your account simply returns to Free plan limits for creating new dynamic QR codes until you upgrade again. Many QR platforms deactivate your codes when a subscription lapses — we do not.
Almost. A code that people are still scanning keeps working, with no end date, whether or not you are paying. The single exception: if your account is closed and a code goes completely unscanned for 24 months, we may archive it. That covers genuinely abandoned codes, never a campaign still in use.

Yes. Static (basic) QR downloads are direct QR images. They do not depend on a subscription after download and keep working forever.
Downloads from the free generator are unlimited and require no account. Saving basic codes to your dashboard has a generous allowance per plan: 50 on Free, 1,000 on Pro, and 10,000 on Business.
Yes, when the QR code is dynamic. Static QR codes encode the final value directly and cannot be redirected later.
How far back your scan dashboards can look. Free shows the last 3 months, Pro shows 12 months, and Business is unlimited. Older scans are never deleted — upgrading instantly unlocks your full history.
Custom domains are available now on Pro and Business — point a subdomain like qr.yourbrand.com at your codes with a single DNS record, and your links carry your name instead of ours. Existing codes are never changed. A developer API for creating and managing codes programmatically is still on the roadmap; get in touch if you would like early access.
