Terms of Service

Last updated: August 5, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using LinkToQR.co ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You may use LinkToQR.co for personal and commercial purposes including generating QR codes, downloading them as PNG/SVG, and including them in printed or digital materials. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity, including encoding malicious links.

3. Generated content

QR codes you generate are static and contain only the input you provide. We do not claim ownership of the QR codes you generate or the destinations they point to. You are solely responsible for the content and legality of any URL or data you encode.

4. Privacy

QR generation runs in your browser. Inputs you type into the generator are not transmitted to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for reliability, we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkToQR.co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Paid plans, cancellation, and refunds

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. Pricing, billing period, and renewal details are shown at checkout. Our Refund Policy explains refund eligibility, renewal requests, cancellations, and billing errors.

8. Print-safe guarantee for dynamic QR codes

Dynamic QR codes you have already created keep redirecting after a paid plan is canceled, expires, or is downgraded. We do not deactivate previously created dynamic QR codes because a subscription has ended. After a plan ends, your account returns to Free plan limits for creating new dynamic QR codes; codes that already exist are unaffected.

This guarantee is subject to a single limit: where an account has been closed and a dynamic QR code has received no scans for a continuous period of 24 months, we may archive that code. A code that continues to receive scans is not archived under this clause. We may also disable any code as described in these Terms where it is used unlawfully, breaches Section 2, or is subject to a valid legal or abuse complaint.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
